Course Cancellations & Refund Policy for Online Courses
By completing your registration for an Online Course and making a payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Under this refund policy and under guidance of the Australian Consumer Law  2011, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time at the following terms:

Our refund policy is as follows: our cancellation period is 14 days. Any purchase cancelled within 14 days of payment will be eligible for a refund unless you have started the course.

Once you begin the course, you are no longer eligible for a full refund, even if you ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.
Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund.
All refund requests should be sent to enquire@andrewtran.asia
When a request for refund is made, any transaction fees from 3rd parties involved will be passed on to the consumer.. 
Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.

Storing Your Personal Data
Data that is provided to us is stored on our 3rd party application tools. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
